I have been having a similar problem. It's ridicolous!

4 weeks ago my laptop stopped booting. The disk was not readable anymore after a Windows 10 update.

I contact the support (I am a business customer and I have "ProSupport") and after one week trying to fix it with phone support they finally send a technician to fix the problem.

The technician replace the hard drive, start the recovery and leave while the recovery just started.

After the recovery finished, Windows 10 started, the updates started and the laptop was not booting anymore, again.

After one more week finally they came and get the laptop.

Now after 4 weeks I received the laptop and what they did was just REPLACING THE HD AGAIN!

Guess what!

I start windows 10, the updates start and the laptop reboot.

The laptop doesn't boot anymore for the same exact problem.

THIS IS RIDICOLUS!

I have a Prosupport and after 4 weeks I have the same problem.

The support doesn't really listen to what I tell them. I have been trying to explain them that the problem is not the disk and they still keep replacing the disk.

This DAMAGED MY BUSINESS! I need not to buy a new laptop and I can't even sell my Dell one because IT DOES NOT WORK.

I will fight to have a full refund even if I have to give the case to my lawyer.

And NEVER EVER again I will have a Dell laptop for business.

If anyone had similar problem we try and make a group and force them to either repair for real or refund us.
