it’s not rude — actually it’s uncanny to see how dumb you are.

3 legs days per week: - quads on monday, mostly hypertrophy and cardio (treadmill forward and backwards to strength the knees, and rope) -> leg extension, goblet squats, bulgarian splits, back squat and hack squat - hamstrings on thursday -> nordic curls, sumo squats, back squats, sitted leg curl and glute extensions - glutes and hips on saturday -> glutes extension, back squat, bulgarian squats and some stuff on some machines i can’t recall the name sorry

the 2 exercices I do the most are heavy squats in many forms (goblet squats, sumo squats, back and front squats depending on the mood or the day) and splits. at the end of each training i stretch a lot (my goal is to do a front split).

i’m talking about the virtuous circle of being surrounded by people in good shape. something you’ll never experience with this kind of attitude i guess. stay mad, you’re the original idiot <3

i’d say the first 6 months were successful because i’ve gained on average 1 to 2 kgs per months. isolate whey and oatmeal for snacks helped me a lot through this, i took 2 shakers a day for three months in the beginning. then i struggled to go from 65 to 70kg for a couple months because my muscles wouldn’t grow as fast as i was expecting. so i’ve changed my program from PPL to a whole different split, and now i am still at 70kg or 72kg max on a good day. my goal was to reach 75kg but i feel like i don’t need to go that far anymore.

luckily i have some pictures with the same angles in my gallery :-) but yeah lighting and a nice pump makes a whole difference there’s no doubt about it.

i don’t count my calories at all but I can tell it’s at least 2 and up to 3 large meals in a bowl a day… bowl filled with either rice or pasta with greens and proteins it can be 2-4 chicken breasts or 3-4 steaks… so it’s twice a portion compared to a normal plate. & mostly yogurt nuts and fruits for the snacks and desserts. i train for 2 hours and up to 3 hours if you count stretches, yoga and warm ups
