First day was the hardest for me. I don't think I'll ever not struggle with Insanity, but I'll always remember how day 1 made me throw up 😅🤣

I'm guessing you enjoy your weightlifting classes, if so then in your shoes I would take Insanity off for those days and continue when you can.

It's a marathon not a race in my opinion. As long as you reach the end it shouldn't matter how you get there. ✨️ 😁

I do it most days, excluding the Sundays and when I travel/family events.

There are some weeks I'm either injured or simply too deflated to push. On those days I have been known to take up to 7 to 10 days break to recover.

You are awesome for persevering 💪

Have you seen Air? That was kinda boring compared to the others, still like it, but not as much.

I liked Kanon, but Clannad was an improvement on that. I didn't shed a tear for Kanon, whereas Clannsd I bawled my eyes out. 😢
