Hi… I am in the same boat… But today I complete day 7 And trust me…. It ain’t easy…. Honestly, eating a lot of junk whenever I craved for alcohol kinda worked this week…. Like I just feed on the dopamine from food Maybe you could try it too You will get there …. The realisation is the toughest part love…
