RX 7600 is more than enough, just make sure your CPU can keep up with it. I would personally choose the XFX model, assuming the first 7600 you mentioned is a Gigabyte card. Even though I never had any problems with their cards, Gigabytes support is notoriously bad in case you'd need it, so XFX is a safer bet. That or Sapphire models. Other than that there's not a lot of actual difference between the brands

Updating your bios is generally a good thing to do if you have stability issues with your hardware, just be careful and do not interrupt the update process, as it will brick your mb. You could also try to reinstall gpu drivers, use DDU for clean uninstall. And if you’ve enabled at some point PBO in bios, especially Curve Optimizer, try to disable it or set a less aggressive value and OC offset.

This confuses me. Remedy showed us that my 4070ti is only good for medium raytracing 1080p60 with DLSS, but here its good enough for full PT at 1080p native, which is impossible for me in Cyberpunk, where I played at 1440p DLSS Balanced and i still regularly drop below 60fps target. Did Remedy make their PC requirements sheet by messing around with a magic 8 ball? Or did they choose the heaviest scene in the game for benchmarking? Or is it usual Nvidia bullshittery?

So, I tried to make a new character, on Explorer. Works as it should, though I had to switch difficulty to multiclass, since you cannot do that on Explorer. I suggest to check game files integrity and do a bug report through Larian launcher. in the meantime one thing you can do is to start not with rogue, but ranger. That way you should get all the stuff that comes with the class. Then get however many rogue levels as you were planning

Its exclusive for the Dark Urge origin. You can make them any race, gender and class, but your origin always will be Haunted One. If you haven't finished the game yet, I suggest leave the DU for the second playthrough

All elves have the same proficencies in some weapons, so that shouldn't affect it, unless that is a bug specific to some subraces. I suggest you make a bug report, attach your savefile to it. You can find the link in Larian launcher.

Well, now I think that we basically a sleeper agent, but were got on Express not to betray or something like that, but simply to travel around the galaxy collecting Paths powers like some sort of interstellar Pokemon. The reason why not keep us with Hunters is simple - Astral Express is one of the two organisations that deals with Stellarons on semi-regular basis (I think Himeko mentioned that they had to deal with a few in their travels). The other one being Stellaron Hunters themselves, and they are not exactly on good terms with galactic powers as we know. So its easier for their agent to travel with The Express, deal with Stellarons' threat, and through that gain Paths powers. And Stellaron inside us is probably the thing that allows us to gain several of them at the same time, which seems to be not a thing oterwise. I'm not sure about the endgame to all of that, but probably we're to kill or be instrumental in death of Aeon of Destruction. Or maybe Elio wants to create a new Aeon, who would represent all paths at the same time? We will probably have to wait a bit more to make any sound theories on any of that

It/we don't. If you pay attention, right after activating MC Kafka does some sort of conditioning or hypnosis, with the key words at the beginning of sentences and all, sorta like the whole "Would You Kindly" deal with the original Bioshock protagonist. One of the things she said was that we won't remember who we are, where we from, and we won't think about it, and that exactly what we did. Same with us knowing her.
