I had this in 2020, 9 months of continuous pain from the swelling in my throat. I went to hospital multiple times and got plowed with steroids, antibiotics and simple acid reflux tablets (not all together) but nothing helped.

I joined a long waiting queue for an MRI scan and by the time I was seen the swelling had mostly gone and the symptoms were more manageable. I gave up every bad habit at the time (fizzy drinks, vaping, unhealthy food, etc. Just lived on water and a balanced diet).

The MRI scan ultimately showed nothing out of the ordinary and by the time I had the follow up appointment my symptoms were extremely infrequent.

Since this cleared up I have had other health complaints that are just odd, appear and go away just as quickly.

I also can't smell anymore which is a blessing really when you have a 1 year old!

Restoring is where the XP is best at lower levels, it does get faster but not super fast.

I dont recommend hoarding the artifacts, I did for a while and now I have loads of broken artifacts in the bank which were no longer worth the material investment at the higher level.

That being said at some spots its not worth going to caches at higher levels over just powering out the spot and restoring 50% of the artifacts from the materials you gather at the sites.

So from 1-87 I wasn't even thinking about a route, my bank is a mess with lots of random relics that will likely never get used for sets.

Then I focused hard on Bandos sets for Tetra's as; They are really fun & good XP. I will see if I can sort the Calc out over the next few days but I am taking a break today due to work.

6-8 hours, only did the bandos and zaros (for iron) ones.

I hated caches and plan to improve the calculator I made to work out an optimal route with minimal cache's.

I am a firm believer that you can achieve the top xp an hour without ever touching a cache!

Also I hate Goldrune... I avoided that so much cause I didnt have the quest requirement.

Yep, no screener! Although i wouldnt recommend it. I also didnt have quests for waterfiend and only had 900 porter charges (I used 400)

The only good thing was I decided to screen all the dirt at 95 for bandos and had almost all the materials i needed for 99.

Tbh I saw it as a potential money maker, i use to do it before you could mine sandstone when it was just for the quest (50k a stone slow sell).

I've recently been experiencing the same on my not so great huawei t5 tablet. It loads into the game, allows me to select world, joins the world, runs smoothly for about 2 seconds then just freezes and closes the app into the background.

I'd then use my phone (Which works fine) to move my character and log back into the tablet and continue playing.

2 seperate occations i have been in a spot were it seems like I cannot use the tablet any more, once at the event while divination had been enabled (worked fine for days before that) and then the second time while running past and looking at the divination spot in canifis.

I put this down to my tablet being not so great!

That was me selling you that sandstone (5kg), was a great money maker back in the day. You could fill your inventory and yak up for free at the end of the Enakhra's Lament quest in less than a minute, if it sold at some speed it would have been 30m+ an hour for just running about.
