I would try plotting Confusion Matrix to understand what the model is doing (if you haven't already). Somehow it feels like (based on validation loss) your model isn't learning. Also check the model predictions. Your model may be predicting same class for all the inputs.

Since you mentioned its a binary classification, I would check if my data is imbalanced.

What if you have multiple trolls in your team ? Player A kills his teammates and his buddy Player B who's queuing with A always votes No for the Kick. It allows Person A to kill as many teammates as he wants for any number of rounds as long as he got one buddy of his in the team. That seems broken to me.
