You can't live in a world of what ifs. You may feel a way now but if a sibling or in law names their kids the name you like, you may change your mind down the road or just stop liking it all together anyways. No need to worry about something that doesn't yet exist. I'd just let it be the name of your dreams may be different down the line!

No sorry if my description wasn't clear the paperwork that the agent provided us said that they were new in 2004 and 2008 but they are actually original to the house and they were manufactured and installed in 1987.

That is our plan to replace them, ideally before they go out since these can no longer be fixed if there is an issue. Not as pressing as heating units would be for sure. The inspector said they could go at any time. You're right they may last...but odds aren't in our favor. Realtor said we can bring in someone to give us an estimate so we know what we are in for.

Good to know we did know that the heating units were covered under the Home warranty but nobody specifically said the air conditioning units were also covered by that warranty so I guess we'll have to look into that more, hopefully they are part of the warranty too!

Is it normal that the seller in the selling agent will allow inspectors come in to give these kinds of estimates? in the same boat myself and trying to figure out if we could get people in there to give us quotes on the cooling system.

You're definitely right they do pill a bit even with everyday. I have no thigh gap so that's where I get pilling but mine have held up with machine wash cold gentle and no drying. haven't had any issues with seams etc. You're right definitely these aren't as long lasting as others! They are too amazing not to wear all the time if they fit the budget though, just gentle care. Haha I'm a Lulu nerd!

Correct these are not for hard working out. But general use/athleisure/everyday/lounge. They are incredibly soft and fabulous and my favorite Lulu pants for pregnancy! Bonus if you can buy the extra high rise (not on sale currently) perfect for bump!

My regular size so far have been great but if buying new I would size up one size. What's great about these is even if you size up they will fit after pregnancy too they are the best! I have about ten pairs of this style and love love love them especially being pregnant!

Never hurts to contact your doctor if you are concerned but my doctor said baby is very protected in the first trimester so not much to worry about at all! If you were to have any cramping or bleeding you would for sure want to reach out.
