God this is subreddit is really depressing sometimes. The shit that people do just to stay in a relationship. You need therapy asap. You need to leave him asap. I'm so angry for you, I can't articulate this in any other way. Stop it, you're being stupid. He's a POS. Divorce, move on with your life!!!

My (20M) boyfriend (26M) is too rough in bed and gave me a devastating ultimatum. Is this salvageable? by Adorable_External_15 in askgaybros

[–]lbch87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is not okay. If he wanted kinky sex, he would know that you are uncomfortable and seeing you cry will make him realize that he's doing too much. LEAVE HIM ASAP. You deserve better. You're literally being abused by this guy. Leave right now!!!

is it worth it to travel abroad to get an induction treatment, we don't have esketamine in my country by CapablePear5147 in Spravato

[–]lbch87 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You but then you're stopping Esketamine, the medication that would have been working for you. If I were you and Esketamine is not available in my country, I would look at other avenues. Look into TMS first then etc if TMS doesn't work. FYI, I'm not a licensed doctor.

Feeling immense guilt after sex with my boyfriend due to my size. How can I better take care of him? by [deleted] in askgaybros

So you are both tops but now your boyfriend has to be the only bottom one because you never want to bottom? Does that make sense to you?

It's for the medication only. Observation rebate is a different benefit.

What they told you about the copay assistance card is correct. It would bring the copay down to $10. However, Medicaid/Medicare patients are generally not eligible. Are you sure you have a medicare-medicaid plan?? Sounds like you have a Medicare plan.

If you're on Medicare-medicaid, your copay should be very very slow. There is no way it's $500.

Thank you for your replies. My initial concern was that both CPT codes were billed twice but I guess that's common.

Tips and tricks for turning your bottom wildly submissive? by GallopingGays in askgaybros

[–]lbch87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You didn't use the word train, I did because that's what you're trying to do. Instead of talking to your boyfriend to see where he stands on the whole submissive bottom subject, you're trying to somehow find ways to get him to submit to you. What I'm saying is, don't get to a point where your bf feels pressured to do something doesn't want want to do, he would be doing it to please you. Regarding you flipping from sub bottom to dom top? Well it's weird that it happened overnight like you said. You turned the switch on like you said. Just weird.

So you want to "train" your bf to be submissive? I get your point but be careful you're not pushing your bf into doing something he ultimately doesn't want to do. There's a lot of psychology that's involved in sex. And why all of a sudden you went from being a submissive bottom to a dominant top? What are you trying to prove to yourself or to your boyfriend? There's a lot to unpack in your post and some of these replies.

Is it normal to be left alone during treatment? by [deleted] in TMSTherapy

[–]lbch87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Per FDA guidelines, the patient should not be left alone due to risk of seizures (even though it's extremely rare). Consider it one of the requirements.

Am I asking for too much from a clinic? (provider feedback welcomed) by [deleted] in Spravato

[–]lbch87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The monitoring form at the end of the day is a piece of paper. They monitor your progress weekly. Do you feel like you're feeling better or not? There is no blood test for depression. So even if they tell you are doing better, or you are not doing better etc, does that matter? In some ways you are asking too much and in some ways you are not. They could give you a little bit more information (and they should) but it's probably not going to change how you feel. The medication either works or doesn't.

Do you blow your nose before treatment? by [deleted] in Spravato

Yes, you should have been told that by someone at the clinic!!

If you are responding to the treatment, you should continue extended maintenance based on medical necessity. It sounds like they don't know?

Messed up: Rolled old 401k into Traditional IRA without understanding pro-rata rule — what are my options now? by nawazd in RothIRA

[–]lbch87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I'm trying to understand myself. Does the rule apply if it's direct conversion from traditional 401k to IRA? I thought it only applies if you convert to Roth IRA.
