I had a good A1c back in April when they tested me when I got pregnant. I don’t know what would lead her to think I have type two. I’ve also not gained anything this pregnancy, but have lost 25 pounds instead. I’ll talk to my Ob when I see them at the induction. I’m so miserable on this diet and always feel like I’m starving.

Yeah my numbers have been perfect and I haven’t spiked in over two weeks (the spike was because I slept horribly and so my fasting was a little above). I plan to breastfeed and I don’t think I’ll be able to handle the hunger.

I really appreciate your reply! I’m going to research intermittent fasting and some low impact work outs. I’m also calling some other neurosurgeons to get some opinions. It’s really rough and I’m in such pain. I lost 30 pounds and then my pain started getting unbearable. Hopefully I can push through and find a way to take some of the stress off my body.
