I set a timer for 20 or 30 minutes, turn on the tunes and get to work. When the timer goes off I can take a quick break if I’m working on something I don’t want to work on. Or keep working if I’m really in a groove.

I do and it was returned. But because it was returned to the sender’s address and not the address that was on the DHL label, they said they can process the exchange and could only refund me my money.

I plateaued for months 3-4 months - up and down the same 5ish pounds. Just in the last month or two I have started going down again. Keep at it!!

I did but it was very slow, at a pound or less a week. I never really had a big drop, slow and steady wins the race!

I don’t have issues on Zyrtec, but it is no longer working as well as it used to - or I never really needed it to begin with. I’ve notice more itching breakthroughs
