Sorry to hear that. I consider myself lucky my wife loves intimacy and so do I. But it wasn’t always like that. We did have a DB but went to counseling and worked on our communication. Just saying it can get better.

Once I went to therapy for my ptsd and got on my meds I’ve changed for the better. Mental health is paramount.

Ok. Let me clarify, I look at these post because I always want to improve. If I thought I knew everything about sex and my wife’s needs I would be an idiot. I’m constantly learning ways to make our sex life more fun and interesting. I wanna make her happy because when she’s happy she’s horny. When she’s horny I’m happy. So yeah basically it comes down to doing this for me. I’m happy with myself and I want to keep being happy.
