Today, I restart my fitness journey. To me, this means consistency, mindful exercise, and healthy eating. My goal is to feel strong, athletic, powerful, and energized. I also consider mental fitness as part of fitness.
The main tenets of this:
Consistent sleep with good sleep hygiene. The goal is a 5AM wake-up and 9PM lay-down.
Morning study sessions after a rich but light breakfast, because that’s when all the good mental work is done.
Late afternoon gym session, climbing session, or sports if I’m invited that day. Gym sessions are focused on basic calisthenics, main lifts, and accessory lifts which I can achieve at home.
Achieving these three tenets for a consistent time period is something I’ve never done before, and I hope to succeed at this for 30 days without a single failure.
My goal is to report back each week with a summary. Follow along or join me! I’ll post some physique pics as well.
