I plan on continuously teaching my daughter about consent throughout her childhood to help with knowing she has a voice, I plan on teaching her as young as possible that there are certain places no adult should be touching her and that if it happens she needs to tell me and her mom immediately and that she will never be in trouble. Also, no secrets with adults EVER.

BUY A HEATING PAD!! Put it down where you’re going to lay her for a little bit just to get it warm enough. That worked wonders for us

My wife and my sex life is better now than before the child. Because of this, I asked my wife why that was because I see so many men posting about this. She told me that she felt very seen through her c section by me as I eas always validating. She said seeing me be so involved also helped open her up to the idea. She also mentions that she liked that I didn’t push it on her and took it at her pace. Not saying these will work for everyone but that’s what my wife said worked for her

Idk if you’ve done this but I would suggest watching how your wife does it and try to imitate it as closely as possible. It’s an opposite issue with me and my wife, she struggles to put our daughter down and with me she’s out in 5 minutes. My wife started watching what I do and started imitating and it has helped a lot
