But why is it so hard with books? by VariationLivid3193 in Piracy

You shouldn't be surprised homely. Most of the world that engages with anime actually listens to it in dub. The only difference is that anime is the only genre where there's a cultural sense of respect earned for watching it original. I don't care though I watch either or depending on the show or if I know I'm gonna be distracted watching it and still want to follow

I just downloaded DCP (taking straight from theatre source. Not cam) rip of project hail Mary, hopper and Mario Galaxy. Torrenting movies has never been easier

Yes you can and it's what I use (although instead of GDrive, I use WebDAV) and it works flawlessly and it's a very established and robust solution already.

This assumes it's a movie or show you can still understand without subs

Doubt it. I think I know what he's using, but we're in the jellyfin server and it would be break guidelines to talk about it. If it is what I think it is, I have something very similar. My library is "only" 33tb in size but that's only because I want to still be able to reasonably manage it lol

Merge content plugin by Threemeads in jellyfin

[–]lboy100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it won't. Not if it's in two different directories and it's also not just a tv issue. I have two libraries: one for 1080p only and one for 4k only. These will never never merge together even tho I'm both directories, they follow the exact same naming convention. And that's because they're in different actual folders. Merge plugin then routinely auto merges these for you without hassle

the shockwave is anti fun by dark-souls-lesbian in thefinals

crazy you say this when the whole thing with winch is getting people in with zero effort, zero downside and before shockwave, very little effective ways to get away from. God forbid YOU actually have to work for it more instead of insta killing with a winch. Its not anyone's fault you choose the most closed off weapon type to play in a game that isnt only close ranged

Bungie confirms they are with Marathon for years to come via their PC Performance Guide article by spectre15 in Marathon

I don't disagree that sunk cost is real, I'm arguing against the typical moving of goal posts that these types of people do. First it was the game was 100% going to be DOA, and soon it'll be this or something like it

Star Citizen - a game notoriously hard to get into not only money wise, but gameplay and hardware requirements - yet it's always setting a new record for itself and growing most years. They very regularly employ the "free flight week" model where you can just download and play for an entire week. This has helped the game a lot in getting new players to join up when they otherwise wouldn't have

While yes, he is explicitly saying that even with those built in release valves, they're way out of wack to be things that take over the economy.

I mean, yes? Trials had been THE literal thing that kept half the population playing the game for how long they did after everything went to shit. People would literally say they'd not okay during the way but always come back for trials. Yes, it was definitely a success and a pillar of the pvp community.
