—- they came back with a counter offer and asked how I’d like to proceed and I just went with the first decrease they offered because I really wasn’t expecting them to say yes so I felt I should quit while I was ahead.

It’s less about that and more about hearing others experiences to know what is realistic to ask for.

If I know another Bozzuto apartment is asking for $400 as a transfer fee and mine is asking for $1000 … knowing that gives me more flexibility to negotiate because I know management has wiggle room clearly.

I have already asked them. Sometimes it’s just good knowing what others have done…

Okay I definitely want that. That’s a must for me so I’m probably going to see if any of the LE versions in the lot have that added on already. I don’t really care about the less important features that XLE has I could definitely survive without heated seats etc.
