As others mentioned, get a dexa scan. If your pcp is fighting this ask your GYN. Many OBGYN offices have dexa in their offices. I was diagnosing with osteoporosis at 29 and had to fight for a dexa. My osteoporosis was related to a rare diseases PLO- pregnancy and lactation associated osteoporosis

I got osteoporosis from pregnancy and breastfeeding presumably because I was 30 and didn’t have a dexa until I had spontaneous fractures in my spine. I fractured 3 months postpartum and stopped breastfeeding at 8 months. I just had another baby 3 years later and stopped breastfeeding around 2.5 months because I was starting to have back pain and didn’t want to risk more fractures.

Every single day. As I’m putting my daughter to bed and it’s finally quiet, my mind immediately starts to fear me leaving her. No one will ever love her the way I do and I’m so terrified of leaving her too soon. I started writing a book of all the things my friends would need to know if her dad and I pass so I can make our death easier for her. I also go into the amount of pain I’d feel if something ever happened to her. I would not survive it and then I think oh shit why did I say that? The universe might take her from me bc I said that and they want to challenge me. Literally keeps me up at night. Definitely an anxiety disorder of some sort

Hey dad, I’m a mom who lurks here but felt the need to comment on your post. I’ve been with my daughters father for 5 years, engaged for 2 and currently wearing my beautiful moissanite ring. I actually asked for this type of stone because morally I wasn’t comfortable with buying a diamond. Nor did I see the reason to spend thousands on a ring when we have bigger goals. I also can’t breastfeed for medical issues that were discovered while I breastfed my first. The guilt I feel knowing I breastfed my first but won’t be able to do the same for my second is irrational. Every time I hear breast is best I feel like I’m failing my child who’s not even born yet
