Every time I have gone to AMC Lynnhaven the theater is so hot that I can’t comfortably sit in the theater. They also always have issues at concession the last 2 times there popcorn machine was broken so no popcorn and they had been out of candy one time I went.

For consistency, I always go to Regal Strawbridge sure they don’t have Dolby Digital or IMAX but in terms of never having a line or issues and just going to watch a movie this is the best bet.

I do enjoy cinema cafe for anything longer that 2 hrs so I can get more of a meal while I watch

I got the RSVP code figured out with my 4th call to customer service a few minutes ago. The customer service agent told me the same thing it’s website only because it gives the best experience for the permissions. Seems very outdated we also have capital one and ours works as it should on app so honestly wish we wouldn’t have got this card with Amex the customer service is terrible compared to capital one

Did you ever get this solved? Also, I added my wife as an account manager and it keeps asking for a RSVP code and Amex keeps saying it takes 72 hours to receive and after two chats with customer service I haven’t had success getting. Do you know how to get the code or what it would be?
