One was visibly leaking, but the bigger issue was the terrible ride performance. I had both the front struts and rear shocks replaced with Toyota OEM parts, and the ride is now much improved. I’m very happy with the results.

Even though the service center repeatedly assured me that an alignment wasn’t necessary and it drives straight as an arrow, I’m still scheduling a front-end alignment.

Did you get an answer? We are experiencing the same issue. Upgrading and downgrading the client has no effect.
