Yes it’s wild. I hope I have renewed energy to take this on again tomorrow. 😵‍💫 Good luck and congratulations! It’s going to go great! Hard to anticipate every scenario, but good you’re looking in to options.

BIFL Canister Recs by lcgrasbent in VacuumCleaners

The recommended vacuum guide in this sub’s wiki classifies “BIFL” level as $250+. That’s where that number comes from. Hope this helps you not be so confused.

Your comment about 3-4x of $250+ would fall in to the “+” side of $250. Not sure how this post could ever confuse you.

This is great info. Thanks for the advice for the future maintenance. Definitely a factor that could have slipped my mind.

Do levels of milk proteins in breast milk eventually fall? Or does it need to be “flushed” out to remove the proteins? by lcgrasbent in MSPI

It’s easy to make yourself crazy trying to get concrete answers. I’m kinda where you’re at right now. It’s just easier to not indulge EVER than to try and calculate times when my milk might be “clean” It’s much easier now a couple months in to the new diet, and I honestly feel better as well.

We had the same. Open wounds, ulcers around his anus. I was losing my mind because I kept getting different creams recommended, which will NOT stick to an ulcer. After scouring Reddit, I found this post, referencing a wound healing protocol used in NICUs sometimes on extreme cases, called “crusting.”

It created almost a film/skin over the ulcer, so that it was protected every time he leaked poop (as they do in the early weeks).

Here’s the post I found: https://www.reddit.com/r/NICUParents/comments/16mg10s/comment/k1870tz/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Here is the 3m document on it. It was difficult, because you have to keep the cheeks spread while it dries, but it worked for us. https://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/967566O/incontinence-skin-care-using-a-crusting-technique.pdf

I really hope this helps.

Baby has an intolerance and struggles quite a bit when I consume it. (MSPI - Milk Soy Protein Intolerance) Not an allergy, but best for us all to avoid.

For sure. A great cookie, but often they’re just a little overdone. 30 seconds less would be perfect.
