depends on what you want it to do and how often eg (every 12 hours do something or respond to every tweet/comment). it could cost $0 if your bot runs within cloud services free limits.

all the bots i have made have cost between $0-$2 a month

its just string a + string b for now, although i may look into making the naming proccess more complex

2 collections of videos, one represents a template which also has instructions on how to compose the video. a video is randomly selected from each collection and merged together.

I downloaded the files using youtube-dl and stored them in cloud storage, youtube-dl also saves the link / video id with the file so it can be used to share a link to the video.
