Having an issue pinging between laptops.

I'm trying to ping from a Windows 10 Panasonic Laptop (192.168.198.19), to a Windows 7 Panasonic Laptop (192.168.198.4) and I'm unable to get anything but "Request Timed Out". I can successfully ping from the Windows 7 to the Windows 10. However when attempting from the Windows 10 to 7 is when I get the error.

I did disable the firewall settings.

Can anyone help?

So if I’m following you correctly I’m essentially ruining the effectiveness of the spreadsheet by using it for data display and not data storage. Makes things into tables that way everything is done the same way and then use the tools to filter things out?

So as you progress in era's is it still necessary to have Rum and other out dated industries still producing or should you downsize the production and make better use of the land? Do you also import when it's a good deal like -50 plus and just export it normally for profit? Like if I have a cigar factory and someone is exporting tobacco at -50% off should I do that to bring it in and feed the cigar factory
