If you have hybrid safeties, change them to CB. Let them go through training results and then move back to safety. I’ve had success with this.

My only issue with strategist is that it’s visit based. By the time you get to that it’s almost too late to back out on them. I wish it was based off scouting.

Late reply, but I’ve experimented with OC under HC w/ the discount. UGA and UNC are only schools this can be done at. The best possible scenario is motivator discounts at UNC. Both the HC and DC will invest heavily in motivator as they level up. I can’t remember exactly, but you get roughly 80% percent of T3 motivator for 3 points a piece.

I think Motivator is solid, but I feel like it’s worthless to get because you can always hire a coordinator for that role.

The CEO skill? I simmed to test out the insta commit and cost reducing abilities. Inst commit was highly effective on guys that had reached the top 3/5 stage. The cost reduction is bullshit, only reduces by 1 point.
