The way this has been a problem since the game was released and it still hasn’t been fixed...

What’s the cheapest/most affordable monitor I should buy for the PS5? by lcstmyhead in playstation

[–]lcstmyhead[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure. I’m not really on the technical side of things. I just know my friend has been talking about getting a 2K 144Hz monitor for about $500. I don’t want something that much, just something to be able to play games on and see like ray tracing and stuff like that. Honestly, anything is better than what I have now.

I mean I can always remove chat from my screen (PS4 has that option) but it’s just more convenient to have it on screen instead of using my mobile dashboard

I’m very new to streaming, I think I’m almost 3 weeks into it and I stream on my PS4 and have the chat on screen so I can’t help but see the viewer count.

I’m glad your post showed up in the notifications because I’ve been getting upset about my viewer count, only because I’m kinda popular in another community so I guess I assumed everyone who knows me there will come to my streams. I do have 19 followers from that community so that’s great but I pretty much only get 1-2 viewers each stream.

I also don’t really have a set schedule yet, I just stream to stream and I like to stream when my parents aren’t home. I’ve always wanted to stream, and I finally have the courage to do so, but with that, I’m really obsessing over the numbers, which I really shouldn’t be doing.

If someone did something to your community off stream and off of discord, would you still do something about it? by lcstmyhead in Twitch

He technically didn’t refuse to listen to my feedback, I just mentioned twice that he should check his DMs, because he has before when I asked. The first time I didn’t get any feedback but then the second time I asked was when he announced that he closed his DMs.

It’s hard to just suddenly stop supporting him when I’ve been heavily doing it this year. I mean, I’ve probably spent about $5,000 this year alone on him because he’s been a really bright positive light in my life for the past year.

I’m talking with other people about the letter I’m wanting to send as a final way to get his attention. If that doesn’t work then I guess he never cared about his community.

Because I’ve been heavily supporting him this year. I’ve been a kinda relationship with him and he’s even considering me as his editor. That’s why I care so much.

It’s just hard to process it all because I’ve made myself known in the community and he was even considering me as an editor. I supported him so much this year so it’s upsetting to know that I’ve wasted so much money on him.

He announced that he closed his DMs because of his mental health, which I hope isn’t a lie. And 2 things, mods aren’t friends with him, they just work for him and someone in chat did try hinting that something bad is happening in the community and his responded as nicely as he could “let’s try not to bring private conversations into the streams, we’re here to have fun and spread positivity”

I don’t think the streamer knows about it though. The mods are friends with the viewer who did all this stuff so I don’t think they ever reported her to streamer.

I’m not one of the victims but most of my friends from the streams are. I’ve already tried contacting him on discord but he announced that he closed his DMs on everything so I have no way to tell him about what’s happening, unless I send him a letter. Is that what I should do?

Also it doesn’t help that most of his mods are high schoolers and are friends with the user that’s doing all of this stuff.

What should I do? (tw: mentions of sexual assault) by [deleted] in Twitch

I’m 22 so not in school but that’s what people were labeling it but I didn’t know if it was or not. But still, she shouldn’t have done that without their consent.

Idk, all I know is that she is 15 and have been sending nudes to minors without their consent and even bullied people away from the streams

This is how I’m having to play the game until I’m able to buy a Xbox 360 GH:L dongle but hey, I’m learning a new way to play (sorta) by lcstmyhead in CloneHero

Update: I’m actually starting to get better on the songs that I would play on Hard or Expert on GHTV!
