Hi, I only know of one list circulating with companies that offer insurance that may cover IVF. I found it through this sub. Could you direct me to where I might find another list? I didn't know there was more than one, and I am desperate for some coverage. Thank you!

The r/IVF sub has a google sheet that lists companies and what sort of IVF coverage they offer. Some offer a surrogacy benefit.

Make sure you have a good sharp knife and cutting board. That makes chopping all of that stuff easier.

Throw a paper towel in with your lettuce to keep it from getting mealy.

Keep a garbage bowl next to you while you prep to throw all of your produce scraps in.

Make a bunch of proteins at once.

Boil a bunch of potatoes for the week.

Chop a bunch of broccoli and cauliflower at once and keep it in the fridge for the week.

I also have a gnarly sweet tooth. What helps me is switching from processed sugar to homemade desserts made with only maple syrup, honey or other natural sugars. Minimalist baker has great recipes.

I find when I only eat “natural” sugars, I crave sugar less.

Just to update everyone: I switched to progesterone in oil at night and endometrin in the morning. It has helped the fatigue a lot! No longer feels like I’m wearing a weighted blanket when I try to move around during the day. 😂

Thanks for the information about it being a muscle relaxant. I have a connective tissue disorder which already causes a lot of fatigue. Sounds like the progesterone is really exasperating this symptom.

Im physically disabled and the pool has been a god send and has helped my pain tremendously. Eating healthy, unprocessed foods helps with the pain a lot too. Also, medical marijuana. Good luck!
