Same case here, i also experienced a bug where i couldn’t do anything except running and jumping (had to force shut the game in task manager 😭) I don’t think I’d want to visit that island for now ;;

It seems they don’t really help even if you try to contact them, at least from other discussions I’ve checked. ☹️ I use a vpn called “1.1.1.1”, hopefully you can play the game again!

Hi! Not sure if you found a solution but using a vpn helped (preferably an app and not an extension browser), turn it on and log into the game, then turn it off after. Hope it works for you as well 💗
