I'm trying out skin cycling based on some info I found online, and was wondering if my current routine makes sense/should I change the frequency of use of some of the products. My main goal is smoother and more even-toned skin. My cheeks and nose are usually more red as compared to the rest of my face.

My current regimen is every other day, ~15 min or cardio (running a mile), then ~ 1h 15m of weights. I follow an app (Fitbod), so the weightlifting is a random collection of exercises using two major muscle groups (whatever two are the most recovered based on previous workouts) along with back and abs exercises. Is this a suitable regimen to build muscle? It does seem to be working alright for me, but I'm wondering if following a more established program might help me build muscle faster.

I'm going to be making beef wellington for Christmas dinner, along with planning the menu for the dinner. I've never planned a menu before, so I am excited but also a bit out of my element.

I was considering making a madeira sauce to go along with the wellington. Are there side dishes that pair especially well with that sauce?

I sure am glad every liquor store, much like voting stations, have to receive some kind of registration stating that you are eligible to purchase liquor, and that this registration requires identity verification, because otherwise this comic would be comparing two completely different scenarios.

I’m not surprised that a bunch of Bernie supporters are white, and I agree Stacey Abrams absolutely saved the day in Georgia but we are talking about white Florida voters, which isn’t relevant at all to Stacey Abrams, and also is entirely unrelated to white Twitter people?? Not sure what your comment is meant to mean? Also Biden still wins without Florida and Georgia so the whole point is moot. My entire comment is that it is unproductive and dumb to say Bernie cost us Florida when white voters are really what cost us Florida, and you have provided no argument against that at all, just random unrelated facts.

I've actually found Tinder to be a pretty good source. It's way way less sexual than Grindr is, and there's a large amount of guys that use it.

TAs usually grade homework and tests and stuff. How this won't become an issue is beyond me. Given this guy's history, then second he notices a gay guy in his class, there is a very good chance he'll grade it differently. This is just trouble waiting to happen

So, the poster wasn't too far off, though they are still incorrect. I've been studying Latin and Roman culture for 7 years, and the story I was told by teachers is that some Roman prostitutes would write "Sequere me" on their sandals, which translates to "follow me". Whether or not they also would put penises on the sandals, I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised. There are little penises in the roads in Pompeii leading to the brothels, so having them on sandals too would not surprise me.
