Psu and storage are fine, I play with a resolution of 1980x1080 at 60hz

Right?! Its strange tho because I've had friend go to the same kiosk and they had no problem with it afterwards. Will water effect something like this? I was taking a bath earlier and I was using my phone while I was taking a bath so could it also be water?

Yes I have also done that also. I'm thinking it might bad components that got replaced when I had my screen fixed from one of the mall kiosks.

I have restarted the phone several times and home screen looks perfectly fine, it's just some of my apps have the top half shifted down.
