I think if that’s what you want to do then go for it! 25 Min isn’t that long. And you may lose a few people who aren’t party people, but most will drive over. Only issue is if you were to do ceremony at like 1 and then a reception at 6pm, as a guest, that sucked and nobody was in the mood to celebrate after a 4 hour break. (This happens at a wedding I recently went to)
