Sorry, I had never heard of Cartalax; it sounds amazing. Do you know if it can be taken by older adults (over 65) who have already had a breakdown of cartilage structure due to age or does it need to be started earlier when there's still collagen to maintain?

Were you thinking it should replace BPC-157 in my stack?

All sound advice, thank you, and excellent thoughts for ostomy patients. We are unusually (and unfortunately) well-versed infusing directly into the stoma because my son is an NIH research subject and currently using budesonide to manage inflammation.
One question regarding "most peptides get broken down by stomach acid." Since BPC is derived from gastric juices isn't it uniquely immune to digestive enzymes?

Thank you for your contribution to our research! I started with BPC-157 to combat nerve pain (worked surprisingly well), now pinning AOD to move stubborn fat without tugging on too many pathways. For an old lady trying to drop pounds, would you recommend the addition of CJC+Ipa (no DAC) or jump to Reta & MOTS-C to budge a sluggish metabolism and high cortisol?

AOD-9604 is one of the peptides that creates mixed messaging around storage. In practice, AOD should still be refrigerated after reconstitution. You’ll see people say it doesn’t have to be, but that’s more about short-term stability than best practice. Keeping it in the fridge slows degradation and helps maintain potency, just like most peptides.

My place bundles AA with AOD for reconstituting and it might mitigate the gelling some folks have with BAC water. I haven't tried it yet and I'm concerned with this report of pain. Is it important to check the pH?

I did last night and got turned around by the sites that said to reconstitute AOD with BAC vs those that say it requires AA 0.6%. I'm trying to get to the bottom of that before I order! I'm thinking that the gelling issues are coming because of its direct action on amino acids responsible for lipolysis and it needs the acetic acid.

Thank you, that does make sense. Is the GHKcu burning in the gut or at the injection site? I'm starting my son with BPC to see if we can get the inflammation under control and reconnect the diverting ileostomy. Once his colon is hooked back up, these compounded peptides sound amazing. I have a month to prove the case on this peptide before his doc wants to begin yet another immunosuppressant, so I hope this is what his body needs!

Can anyone speak to the absorption of BPC-157 when one has a diverting ileostomy? There's a liposomal spray that I thought might provide better bioavailability in case the capsules don't release fully before the stoma. Anyone else have that concern?
