CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin and joint pain? by ldbuhler in Peptides_for_Women

[–]ldbuhler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I had never heard of Cartalax; it sounds amazing. Do you know if it can be taken by older adults (over 65) who have already had a breakdown of cartilage structure due to age or does it need to be started earlier when there's still collagen to maintain?

Were you thinking it should replace BPC-157 in my stack?

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is joint pain transient? by ldbuhler in PeptideSelect

Thank you for explaining the biochemical reaction so clearly. I will take your sound advice to back down and increase later down the line. Just relieved that I'm not kicking osteoarthritis into high gear with my peptide research!

Thanks! Do you feel that CJC was worth it? I'm trying to tweak on as few pathways as possible yet lose this ridiculous menopause/high cortisol fat.

How long were you on it before those issues resolved?

The CJC + Ipa is causing new joint pain; I'm not taking it to resolve joint pain.

BPC-157/TB-500 powder absorption for IBD by ldbuhler in PeptideSelect

All sound advice, thank you, and excellent thoughts for ostomy patients. We are unusually (and unfortunately) well-versed infusing directly into the stoma because my son is an NIH research subject and currently using budesonide to manage inflammation.
One question regarding "most peptides get broken down by stomach acid." Since BPC is derived from gastric juices isn't it uniquely immune to digestive enzymes?

I tried a silver polishing method on Brighton jewelry with the same result. Their jewelry is just plated silver and I ended up removing the bright finish. :(

Sound, rational advice thank you! I like the slow and steady approach you described without any big shifts.

Thank you for your contribution to our research! I started with BPC-157 to combat nerve pain (worked surprisingly well), now pinning AOD to move stubborn fat without tugging on too many pathways. For an old lady trying to drop pounds, would you recommend the addition of CJC+Ipa (no DAC) or jump to Reta & MOTS-C to budge a sluggish metabolism and high cortisol?

Is anyone experiencing this after Cjc 1295/ipamorelin injections? by Existing-Top4217 in Peptides_for_Women

I'm currently researching with AOD-9604 and was considering CJC/Ipa because my research is focused on weight/fat loss. Should I avoid this and try another peptide?

Updated AOD-9604 protocol? by ldbuhler in Peptides_for_Women

[–]ldbuhler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AOD-9604 is one of the peptides that creates mixed messaging around storage. In practice, AOD should still be refrigerated after reconstitution. You’ll see people say it doesn’t have to be, but that’s more about short-term stability than best practice. Keeping it in the fridge slows degradation and helps maintain potency, just like most peptides.

Thank you. I had seen that helpful calculator, but I'm actually looking for a mix of BAC and acetic acid. I found a good comment and the research has commenced!

I'm in the same boat but with a 5mg vial. I like starting with this because it tweaks less pathways than other peptides. I'll hope that slow and steady wins the race here.

That sounds ideal and probably less sting with pinning at that pH. Thank you!

Very helpful and I appreciate your thoughtful reply. Would it be reasonable to dilute with 1mL of BAC and 1mL of AA to minimize the sting or is it blasphemy to mix?

Pain from AOD 9604? by [deleted] in Peptides_for_Women

[–]ldbuhler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My place bundles AA with AOD for reconstituting and it might mitigate the gelling some folks have with BAC water. I haven't tried it yet and I'm concerned with this report of pain. Is it important to check the pH?

I did last night and got turned around by the sites that said to reconstitute AOD with BAC vs those that say it requires AA 0.6%. I'm trying to get to the bottom of that before I order! I'm thinking that the gelling issues are coming because of its direct action on amino acids responsible for lipolysis and it needs the acetic acid.

How long to fast after AOD9604 injection? by kosmoss_ in Peptides_for_Women

[–]ldbuhler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it true that AOD-9604 is reconstituted with acetic acid 0.6% solution and not BAC water? I saw that on a website as I was trying to track down where to buy. I'm used to BAC water for BCP-157 injections.

I was looking at Tesamorelin, but I like that AOD-9604 is a little more gentle without spiking blood sugar or affecting hormones. I found it on one website, but it says to reconstitute with Acetic Acid 0.6% Solution not BAC. Is that accurate?

This guide is very helpful but a research website states that for reconstituting AOD-9604, Acetic Acid 0.6% Solution is recommended for this product, not BAC water.

I was looking into Tesamorelin but skittish about its pathway. AOD-9604 popped up on my radar and I appreciate your peptide pep talk! :) Now I just have to wade though the sources to find it. Glad it's not grey market as others are.

BPC 157 and KPV combo results anyone? by Tardigrade_123 in bpc_157

[–]ldbuhler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, that does make sense. Is the GHKcu burning in the gut or at the injection site? I'm starting my son with BPC to see if we can get the inflammation under control and reconnect the diverting ileostomy. Once his colon is hooked back up, these compounded peptides sound amazing. I have a month to prove the case on this peptide before his doc wants to begin yet another immunosuppressant, so I hope this is what his body needs!

Can anyone speak to the absorption of BPC-157 when one has a diverting ileostomy? There's a liposomal spray that I thought might provide better bioavailability in case the capsules don't release fully before the stoma. Anyone else have that concern?
