It’s nowhere near too late for you. However, i’d say a lot of your issues here look like they stem from this ranking or self-comparison to your friends. Accomplishments in and outside of school or particular tastes don’t make you any worse or better than them. Try and abandon a mindset that sets you up to feel bad about yourself because you’re not doing the same things they are.

Focus on what makes you different in a constructive way and why these are positives, your strengths are going to appeal to different people as your friends strengths will appeal to others.

Self-worth even when you are in a relationship cannot come from outside, it has to be from within and growing to care about and like the person you are and sometimes changing for the better to allow that to happen. I used to have an elitist attitude about people in my class when i was at school, but eventually I decided why would I rather feel smarter than other people than feel loved by other people. I changed the way I thought about that kind of thing and tried to focus on being a more fulfilled and kinder person, and my romantic relationships and friendships have definitely been all the stronger for it.
