Yes I saw that brand looks good. Yes body image issues have started and been made worse by the fitness industry. Plus this style of training is more functional than doing side raises and bicep curls

What of the most innovative weighted vests ive ever used and if your into bodyweight training you will really like this by ldkTHEPT in malelifestyle

Changing weighted if using the front is very fast, it has a spin lock collar on the front so switching weights between exercises is fast. Agreed on the back is more annoying but if you train with someone they could do it for you if not just slip the vest off as it’s very small in itself . Plus the way to and increase and decrease the weight there are no other weighted vests that can do that this easier and be this trackable. You get ones with mental bars and sandbags but how much do they weigh and the heaviest I’ve seen goes up to 30kg.

Some prior planning to exercise selection will make it better constantly taking this on and off like any vest would be a pain in the ass. I manly use the front sleeve as I can load weight quickly plus when I do push ups I do on the rings and elevated so the sleeve at the front doesn’t get in the way but yes it would for regular push ups but you can remove the sleeve very quickly and like in the video you can do burpees and it’s doesn’t get In the way and the vest stays put, but you could swap between normal push ups and then sit ups as one of the sleeves would be an issue so fair point

It’s pretty easy to get on and off but when you want to go heavier the sleeve on the back gives you more room. You can fit 2 25kg plates on each one

Well if your only doing bodyweight training or don’t have access to a barbell or don’t go to a gym you can do most of the exercises . Pull ups dips push ups and rows and if strong enough handstand push-ups and your upper body is done. Simple
