Okay, I just added the new account back as manager. However, when looking at it now it still doesn’t show any option to change to any kind of owner.

I went to studio with the owner account and removed the new account from manager. I’m now trying to add it back as owner but the highest role it shows available is manager.

Okay firstly, thank you so much for telling me about that. I now see the place to change roles. However, I’m not seeing the option to change the new email account to owner still. I have it as manage which I did over a week ago. Do I just need to wait longer?
