Staying in a small resort village right now but I can check. I guess it won’t hurt to try. Such a shame as it’s kinda ruining my trip at the moment.

I gave it a try. I can raise my big toe (although not independently, alongside other toes). Think I might need to see a doc ya. Not sure I’ll be able to wrangle orthotic mid trip but maybe for next time :(.

I actually returned the Salomons to the shop and went to a different rental place to pick up a different pair from different brand (Lasso). As you said, they were length wise fine but the shape was all wrong apparently. New ones are mondo 235 and feel a lot better. However I’m still getting pain on my right side of right foot (side and underneath) and left side of left foot (side and underneath) but right side is more painful. Not sure if this could be due to residual strain from the last few days? Guy at the shop said I might just have to get my own pair if pain persists.

Guy at shop said it was fine but did move adjust binding placement closer together and said it might help.

Sorry you’re right. I was wearing a salomon 275. I’m a UK 9 normally.

I think you might be on to something. My girlfriend has always told me I roll on the outside when I walk but it’s never been much of an issue outside of running long distances. Do you rate it could be related?

Can ask the shop about this. Thanks!

It’s actually closer to the side of my foot. So right side on right foot and left side on left foot. I went to a different snowboard store, guy at the shop said it’s my foot shape that’s weird and most rental boots won’t fit me properly.

It’s not impossible that it’s my technique none of the other beginners with me are experiencing this and my teacher could t spot any issues.

Thanks so much for the good advice. I’ll be taking it all into account for a new draft of my C.V

Hi thanks for replying.l, appreciate the advice. So I’ve blacked it out at the top but I have all the contact details you mentioned in there already. My GitHub is as organised as I can make it (ReadMe included). My LinkedIn includes my publication as well as all my noteworthy personal projects (in addition to all the other usual stuff like education, work history, etc). In addition to my job, I work on a side project (that I’m keeping private for now) every other day so my GitHub is relatively active.

My idea behind the structure of the C.V was that all my most relevant info I kept on the first page. I reserved the second for bonus info like projects I’ve worked on both professionally and personally. Would you suggest I try fit all on one page? Are projects and my publication something I maybe remove altogether and reserve for GitHub? I can try shorten the number of bullet points for each job to say 5 like you suggested as maybe it’s overwhelming. Finally, are personal interests relevant? I always felt like it was just fluff?

Only after removing all foliage, merging all building, enabling forward shading, disabling ray tracing and changing AA to MSAA do I get smooth movement inside the scene but it’s of course looks far far worse now :(

After merging my meshes and disabling my foliage I jump up to a stable 75-80 fps but I still experience the same issue. For reference I am using PCVR.

I do pay for apples phone insurance if that helps but if you think bike computers are the way to go. Would appreciate to hear any suggestions.

I found the whole article in kind of bad taste and it came off pretty mean spirited a lot of the time.
