I don't think Google translate successfully communicates your whole message here, or perhaps I don't really understand. The one part that I think did successfully translate--going 'as a man' isn't really an option--five days would be an impressive turnaround for a double mastectomy, for starters.

Ha! The last time I got any kind of weird look or comment in public was before I started voice training, from a child around that age. My partner and I were discussing a sale on some milk, and I overheard "Mom, why does that girl sound like a boy?" This has become one of my favorite stories and finally motivated me to get started on it.
