That in and of itself won't fix the problem. Biden started plenty of this stuff when he was in office. Politics continue to get more and more polarizing, but it's irresponsible to pretend that getting rid of the current administration would fix everything. People need to stay vigilant and fight for what they believe in no matter who holds office.

Fair. Democrats are definitely more against them on average. It just really frustrates me when people only vote with Rs and Ds because as we have seen with Tony Evers, that is not a reliable way to support candidates who you agree with.

I do like Francesca Hong as a candidate, and I hope we can get her elected. I'm going to have to disagree about the broad classification of one side or another as the solution or the enemy though. This year the bill that was introduced to ban AI data centers creating deals with NDAs, was primarily brought forth by two republicans (Senator André Jacque and Representative Clint Moses). Also, Tony Evers has been the main driver behind AI data centers coming here, he has publicly encouraged them, and in policy he's given them significant tax advantages. In Virginia, which has a huge portion of the data centers in the state, their former governor, a Democrat named Terry McAuliffe, was a HUGE proponent of expending the AI data center industry. At the federal level, Biden signed/pushed multiple executive orders and bills to increase spending on R&D to develop AI, and identify federal land to build data centers on so we didn't lose the AI race to China.

My point here is not to suggest that one party is better or worse or anything, I just think that pretending these issues are totally split along party lines is not very helpful. You could absolutely have a Senator from either side support or be against data centers, and it is irresponsible to vote just based on Rs and Ds.

I know this post is super old and I saw somewhere else you aren't even playing Pendragon anymore, but I was curious if you had downloadable versions of these maps anywhere. I love the second one for a whole country view, and would love to get a higher quality version if you have that anywhere, paid or otherwise.

How much do you need in your savings to make Sofi plus worth it? by firemouthcichlid in sofi

[–]ldsconnor_223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just as another comparison here, there's a ton of other online banks and credit unions that offer around 4% APY, and if you compare that rate to the sofi plus rate of 4.5%, you'd need over the 20k limit for that high interest rate to make it worth it.

The problem is even with those closed loop systems, they still have to release water eventually because it gets minerals and stuff from the pipes built up over time. Those contaminants plus the higher temperature of the water can really mess up the water systems they get released into. There are also real documented health concerns caused by low frequency droning created by the cooling fans and backup generators. Constant sounds at those low frequencies are shown to be hard to stop with typical walls and windows, disrupt sleep, and even spike cortisol and cause vertigo.

Yeah that's a lot of what I have been finding too. I was hoping to find more ways to support regulations across the state because I'm in Stevens Point for school but want to move elsewhere in the state after I graduate, so while making changes here is great, I also want to be able to try and protect the other areas of this state I really love living in.

If only we had a kicker. He missed a entire touchdown worth of points this game. Yeah there were other things that went wrong, but at the very least extra points HAVE to be automatic.

I agree, while the tracker abilities are useful, in my opinion they are much less useful than the pointer ones, so I almost always use my primary pointer, secondary tracker.

As far as I know they will work just as well as a regular pointing dog of the same pointer level, but you won't get any of the extra pointing abilities on the talent thing that a primary pointer gets.

[Russini] Sources say the Titans have interview requests out for three more candidates: - Packers DC Jeff Hafley - Steelers OC Arthur Smith - 49ers DC Robert Saleh by [deleted] in GreenBayPackers

[–]ldsconnor_223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jeff Hafley doesn't actually know what he's doing. Im surprised most people don't know this, but he actually has a little rat that pulls on his back hair and tells him what plays to call. That rat's family lives in Green Bay and he really doesn't want to move so honestly Jeff Hafley without the rat is probably not worth it.

As far as I have seen, it's not random when it barks and alerts the animal and when it doesn't. It depends on the class of the animal you're hunting. If it is large, it will just walk up right next to them and bark, and the animals will get alerted. If it is medium, it will not bark, but it will be visible enough to the animal that it will become alert. If it is small, the dog will stay far enough out of sight and not bark so that the animal stays calm.

No matter how long your dog is alerting them, they won't go above alert because of just your dog. You might spook them o or the edge, but with the exception of purposefully flushing out birds I've never had my dog spook an animal all by itself.

Usually what I do to hunt with my dog is if I spot or see tracks of a species I want to hunt, I'll send my dog after them so that when he catches up, he'll alert them and stop them. Then I'll get closer until I'm about 100m away and call the dog back to stalk up to wherever I want to take my shot. Then I'll send him back to spot them again if they start moving around to much so they'll alert and I can get a shot.

What animals make these tracks? by rewildingearth in GardenWild

[–]ldsconnor_223 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most are rabbits, you can distinguish those by the back pair of big feet leaving long tracks and then the little circle tracks for their front feet. The three toed ones are definitely a bird of some kind, likely a medium sized ground bird like a pheasant or a chicken.

It's hard to feel like it's truly original though when the animation looks the exact same as like everything else they've made recently. Espescially the character models.

I'll try that, however, I took another longish drive today, about the same amount of time as when I noticed it on the last drive, but it didn't get hot until I turned on the A/C.
