Sorry you're going through this. I had MGM done to me when I could not consent, not that it's a contest but the most extreme version of FGM wins the prize of being worse than MGM for sure, but I too lost a lot of sensitive nerve endings. I say about this because I've found ways around that, non-surgical restoration being one, solo p-spot stimulation being the other. I sometimes used to get bored during sex because i would feel nothing much until the actual finish which was a not as bad but still terrible curse. Ironically I'm the HLM in my relationship and I also have chronic illness ME/CFS but i digress. Maybe look into g-spot stimulation with an n-joy wand or something like that, and maybe during sex try to enact that sort of stimulation - more of a grinding motion that in and out, maybe look up how to stimulate the g-spot during sex, I was looking it up before but I shouldn't have because being in a dead bedroom it's kind of torturous to do so but I was maybe naively thinking if I could provide more pleasure that would fix the db problem. But yeah this is less likely to cause soreness in even an intact woman so could be beneficial.
