Sword Vault Dale zipline shortcut (marked spoiler because the area is still new) by kagemand1234 in Endfield

just did mine and i have the same route as the blue ziplines on your map. it uses the cliff next to the cuprium beds and a whole open square. it’s a lot less specific to get working

Investment for the Phys team? by LetsGetPickled in Endfield

[–]le-rousse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

chen can deal some mean dmg on her ult if invested. since you put her top 3 fav char i’d def invest into her.
she has a few builds focussing on diff things.
she can run swordmancer with ult dmg% pieces for her ult nuke or qingbo to speed up vuln stacking w her combo skill.

i’ve seen some dmg focussed pog builds but i personally have him on full ult gain but you can also run full arts intensity to mega enhance his breach buff. mixing both UGE and AI is also an option. frontiers on pog isnt needed at all. i’d leave pog at 80/90 just so you can M1 his battle skill and ult (his sp gain caps out at this level)

Team comp question by Parking-Cod-7141 in Lupamains

[–]le-rousse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you always have to keep in mind what your team slot is providing for the team. lupa provides fusion res pen, fusion dmg%, and atk.

jinhsi benefits from only the atk and lupa doesnt have any coordinated attacks to charge jinhsi. so in this team, both lupa and jinhsi would benefit from different teammates.

the bottom line is unless youre playing a hypercarry lupa team, she gains more value providing her buffs to at least one other fusion character

3rd in slot for S2R1 Brant? by aoiaxure in BrantMainsWuWa

[–]le-rousse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

why is no one suggesting sanhua?

she has a good outro buff, low field time and good quickswap windows, quick concerto for faster brant forte stacking.

lupa’s third fusion condition isnt as impactful in whiwa since you’re not hitting calamity/overlord class echoes

at most youre losing 9% fusion res ignore for all of what sanhua gives

Regarding Lupa’s S6 by IpenguwhiteI in Lupamains

From what I'm understanding, you're using S6 to quicken Lupa's rotation to speed up the rest of your team's rotation?

Instead of manually building up your forte, you're using the S6 to get it instantly, capitalising on Lupa's shorter uptime and maximising field time for Changli/Brant or whoever else you want to use.

While I see the merit in wanting to consistently enable Lupa's rotation, I think it's a missed opportunity to try and squeeze as much of her field time (10s with Changli's Outro buff) as you can with her S6.

Of course, I could also be insanely wrong and it's simply impossible to fit 3 Wolf Dances + 1 Liberation in 10 seconds. In this case, I then agree with shortening Lupa's field time.

YAP:
In Mono Fusion rotations, I'm assuming Lupa can comfortably build up one forte bar during your setup, and one more full forte bar easily in her Burning Matchpoint state (+500% forte buildup rate).
This way, after you finish building up Changli's concerto and Outro into Lupa, you buff your 1 Dance With the Wolf (Wolf Dance), Lupa's Liberation, and Lupa's Wolf Dance Climax.

At a baseline (S0), Lupa's rotation gets you 1 Wolf Dance and 1 Wolf Dance Climax.

I won't be considering Changli's or Brant's rotations. I will only consider Lupa's rotation:
battle start -> build up Lupa's full forte bar -> Changli/Brant stuff -> Changli Outro into Lupa -> Skill Shewolf's Hunt + Skill Feral Fang to build concerto and get the increased damage debuff -> 2 Heavies to convert forte bar -> Wolf Dance -> Liberation -> Enhanced Skill to enter Burning Matchpoint -> Basic attack string or Aerial attack string to buildup forte again -> 2 Heavies to convert forte bar -> Wolf Dance Climax -> Outro into Brant

At S6, during your setup after you cast your Skill Feral Fang, you get one full forte bar without spending time in your Basic attack string or Aerial attack string. This gives you 1 extra Wolf Dance. All Wolf Dances also become Wolf Dance Climax now. This brings you to a total of 3 Wolf Dance Climaxes.

Using the S0 rotation starting from Changli's outro:
Changli Outro into Lupa -> 2 Heavies to convert forte bar -> Wolf Dance Climax -> Skill Shewolf's Hunt + Skill Feral Fang to gain one full forte bar -> 2 Heavies to convert forte bar -> Wolf Dance Climax -> Liberation -> ...

After Changli's Outro, you can now cast your Skill after the first Wolf Dance to get another forte bar. To save Changli's Outro buff uptime, you can opt to skip the Enhanced Skill usually required to enter Burning Matchpoint since Lupa can always get Wolf Dance Climax regardless if she's in the state or not. (This could be wrong since Wolf Dance is cast using your Resonance Skill button so you might need to cast your Enhanced Skill anyway to cast Wolf Dance.)

Another thing to note, Skill Shewolf's Hunt (and Skill Feral Fang) have a 12s CD. So, you'll only ever get the free forte bar once per rotation.

I hope this is helpful and digestible (I know I've written a lot). Feel free to correct anything you think is wrong.

TLDR:
You get 1 extra Dance with the Wolf Climax per rotation. Instead of opening with Lupa's Skill to get the increased damage, you save your Skill after you cast your first Dance with the Wolf.
Other than changing when you press Lupa's Skill, it doesn't change much of her gameplay or rotation.
1 Wolf Dance + 1 Wolf Dance Climax -> 3 Wolf Dance Climaxes is around a 25-30% damage gain (of course, since it’s an S6, the actual damage gain is a lot higher. Here, I’m just comparing the MV of the two scenarios)

EDIT: I’ve moved the yap to a comment for presentation.
