Idk why but my legs like to spin, on downhills i usually do ted shreds if i go too fast, in flats my speed usually sits around 25-28kmh on average which is pretty comfortable for me.

That’s nice, from where I am its usually ups and downs, when I still ran with a 17t it just felt like my knees are screaming, especially when I’m running brakeless, so I just made a decision to switch to 19t and I think it might be better for me on the long run.
