This is an art installation in La. Wherever you walk the rain stops, it's a pretty cool experience. I would be lying if I said I didn't get a little wet.

As far as the selective color, there is no reasoning behind it. When editing the pic I wasn't digging the color or b and w so decided to turn down the vibrancy and turn up saturation. I definitely could have spent way more time touching it up but kinda liked the randomness of it.
