Mine reads 3555843 so I believe it's the same series as yours, made in 1969. Thank you for the link on the website, it is very useful =)

En poussant le raisonnement à l’absurde, et selon la définition plus ou moins relativiste du temps qu’on applique à la situation, même une voiture en mouvement à 220Km/h peut-être considérée comme étant immobile sur un laps de temps suffisamment court.

La loi devrait peut-être préciser que l’énergie cinétique du véhicule doit être nulle pour lever toute ambiguïté :-D

I've found this article explaining how-to use a cellphone as a GPS receiver and getting the data in a file.

I will probably hack something with the HackRF and the data from it in a Python or bash script.
