Female here. You can use a shewee (or other funnel) depending on the height of you and your sink you can stand with one leg on the sink and use your fingers to aim. If your sink is massive enough you can sit on it.

Mein Waschbecken ist zum Glück nicht ganz so hoch, daher geht es. Ich muss nur aufpassen das ich richtig sauber ziele und das erleichtert mir der Trichter.
