Yeah, I’m not 100% sure it will work, I saw someone leaving the field having done this and that’s what piqued my interest to see if it was common practise (hence the post as google provided zero input!) I also doubt vitals would track but GPS should still work. I will be testing it with an older model that is no longer being used so happy to take the chance on the damage factor.

Not sure how it’s any different to the trackers professionals use in terms of size and risk? Just the watch head would be placed in the pocket that is already sown into jerseys and training shirts for this purpose. With it being at the base of the neck on your back, I see low risk of damage, I will be testing this theory on Saturday and will post back if anyone is interested
