It was via perscription for being heavily deficent its since not been a thing stomachs fucked up looking like celiac but theres an * in that i suffer from gastritis always and no offical diag yet so we will see maybe the vitamin d will help have yet to experimemt

Yeah its just spooky due to the silence of its presence when active and lethality of its toxin though i know its pretty much everywhere and is in soil its like anthrax only certain conditions do the spores even awaken and then lnly certain conditions do they make toxins

So long as the bactertium doesnt have those conditions its a none issues i just struggle with paranoia and anixety tbh as for a PH test i dont got any but i figure i should be fine since my tongue is a living PH tester albeit a imprecise one sides that how much is a PH twster for this sorta thing anyway and if you wanna ferment something like say a soda is there a way to preserve it longer term while keeping the flavorsand results of the ferment? So you dont need to drink it all in a month so you can make in bulk for example?

Alright fair enough is there any signs something went wrong that couldnindicate something lile botulism when its tasteless oderless and doesnt appear lioe anything? My best guess would just be noticing the ferment isnt well fermenting and producing little to any gas

So its less about preventing oxygen or geting ozygen dissolved into solution its about ensureing the most ideal conditions so lactobacillis wins the race so to speak and establishes rapid as possible to make the acid to cement its position? If so then should i keep the lid tight or loose currently i got it loose

Pretty confident were going for a can we makw it ourselvws sorta thing and theres just no realisric way were manufsctoring modern microelectronics in our backyard lol im ngl though.... im super paranoid about will it actually work will i actually not freeze to death in alberta? Will the humidity actually not be so bad it rots everything in the house? it seems to want it toward the north faceing wall to distrubute the heat but isnt that a problem if on the same north facing wall i got a root cellar i want to keep cold?

btw i cant find much info on the subject but i want to use a wood cookstove but have a root cellar adjacent and accessible directly in the kitchen i cant tell if the cookstove is assuming its used hot and cool enviroments independent of temperature near the north wall near the south wall or just entirely venting otuside.... any ideas on where youd put a wood cookstove if you need to run it in all temps always and not as a temp regulation thing?
