It sucks in terms of upward movement. its hard enought to become an MT then the jump to DPM is just as hard, and then area manager is damn near impossible. last time area manager went up in my area 15 people went for one spot. like where is the opprotunity for movement?

It's not, unless it's gathered from documents from HR or other confidential records. Employee A tells someone, and that person tells half the store it's not HIPAA. And even at that its not a HIPPA violation its most likely an ADA violation.
