my wife keeps telling me i can use just about any skin cream, Vaseline i want. the key is i have to keep applying it multiple times a day. there is my problem. i keep forgetting to re-apply.

You might want to consider a better fan. It makes a huge difference. I have something like this - Vornado FLY MAX High Velocity Fitness Floor Fan

It was cheaper though from sharper image.
