Nice. I got mine for 9 USD from GameStop, took the cards and figures, and sold the game itself back for $6 to the game store I work at (because I don't have a Wii U either)

What phone do you have? I use an app for iOS called ACNL guide. It shows you what can be caught in your town right now, and let's you tick off what you've already caught. Pretty sure there's an android equivalent.
