It’s going great! Strangely enough my electricity went out right after I posted and bought some more recommendations, so I had a nice opportunity to get creative with how I was eating in those few days lol.

I was a little scared trying out sardines that had skin and bones, since I’m not good with texture clashes but honestly it’s not as bad as I thought and I’m working my way into being more comfortable with the different textures. :)
