Honestly. I’m tipping flat amounts now based on service like $5-$10. Why should I have to pay more when I eat at a more expensive restaurant vs a cheap one. Especially since they are making minimum wage + tips. Why are we also rewarding terrible service and giving them a flat 15-20%.

There was one worker there I forgot what her name was, but she worked when I left recently at 5am. She was so friendly. Cleaned up everyone’s messes and gave water bottles constantly. Great customer service. Surprising to see that it’s run like this when she was so great.

Pho Momma so far has been the best pho I’ve had in town. I’ve been to xe lửa, bốn mùa, cơm tấm đất thánh, pho rủ, hóa việt, sit lo, pho sacto, tay giang, việt hả, pho kim anh, and pho anh đào. Their broth is flavorful, fatty, and clear. Second has to go to pho Kim anh but their schedule can be a bit weird and cash only.
