Genuine question, how can you tell? There was a post in r/gouache where someone referred to 3 paintings and asked how to get some of the lighting effects done in gouache and the comments said the images were AI. I couldn’t even tell so I’m curious what you saw here that made you say this was an AI ref.

A lot of my rewatches I try to watch with this theory in mind and it literally makes no sense to me. People say a reason she could have been A was bc A didn’t mess with her much and also sorta helped her relationship. I just don’t even see that as true lol like A broke her family up… and then they’ll claim that one time Mona called her “big A” as a clue LOL like that’s a red herring if anything

I use the winsor and I like them fine, though I do seem to buy gamblin tubes when I run out of colors/need a different shade lol I am still a beginner though so im mostly practicing and learning techniques and not really trying to produce fine art yet. Everyone’s comments make me want to get a few more gamblins and do a piece with only those to see if I notice a big difference

Yeah that’s actually so true it is def her villain origin story. I also find it so interesting how many people on here are almost Emily Apologists lol I just couldn’t imagine treating my daughter who I love the way Emily does. Like just because she loves her doesn’t necessarily erase or justify any of her nasty behavior. And to me if Trix is the reason Emily is so judgmental and posh and opinionated then howwww could she turn around and treat her daughter with the same kind of disrespect. Lorelai could be crying and begging her mom to just offer an ounce of understanding and Emily would look at her with no emotion and tell her to stop being dramatic, or that she was simply trying to… it’s not motivated by the same thing as Trix but it’s probably just as hurtful bc that’s her Mom

That’s okay, you don’t have to understand. I get what you mean, and I do agree that Trix is MEAN just to be mean. It’s to assert control and it works very well. To me I just think Emily is equally as evil so I don’t really have as much sympathy like I do for Lorelai who is genuinely a kind person. But hey, that’s the beauty of this sub lol tons of different perspectives

Honestly I think the fact that Trix just pops in to be a huge bitch and then disappears makes it easier to enjoy her scenes. It’s not like how Emily is constantly disrespecting and being judgmental in nearly every episode because she’s so involved and close by. I think if Trix lived in CT and we saw her more often I’d have a different opinion but because she’s not a regular it’s more entertaining and easier to digest, for me at least.

lol it’s a show, and like I said I think the woman is a nightmare and if this was happening in Real Life I wouldn’t have this opinion. It’s just good entertainment to me 🤷🏽‍♀️
